On 19 July 2024, the time had finally come: our annual employee summer party took place, and it was a complete success! This special day was not only to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our team, but also to mark the launch of our brand new RESPIRO R8 compact.

Action on the field

The day started with an exciting visit to the field, where we were able to experience the RESPIRO R8 compact in action together. We swathed hay in bright sunshine and in the best of moods and were impressed by the efficiency and performance of our new machine. It was just great to see how the R8 compact worked with ease and precision, delivering the best forage quality.

Fun and excitement at the vintage tractor race

After the field work, the day continued with a highlight of the day: the vintage tractor skills race. Our employees showed off their driving skills and competed in various dexterity exercises. The nostalgic tractor provided plenty of laughs and exciting moments, and the proud drivers showed impressive skills as they manoeuvred the vehicles through the course. The winner, how could it be otherwise, was Thomas Reiter – congratulations.

A cosy end to the day with a barbecue

The highlight of our summer party was a cosy barbecue. We rounded off the day together with delicious food and refreshing drinks. It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere, talk about the successes of the past year and strengthen the community. Smiles, good conversation and an exuberant atmosphere made the evening perfect.

We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the commitment of each individual. The summer party once again showed how important team spirit and shared experiences are for the success and well-being of our employees. The launch of the RESPIRO R8 compact was the perfect occasion to celebrate this in style, and we are already looking forward to the next joint successes and events.
